Limited Edition Carpet approached us to make a campaign that would set the client apart as high-end creative forerunners in the interior business.
They wanted to step away from the visual language that is commonly used today in the interior world and speak a more artistic one.
As LE is a Belgian company, we choose to be inspired by the rich tradition of Belgian Surrealistic painters.
The carpets are used as “a stage” upon which life takes place. The campaign shows five different “tranches de vie” in which the every day life and the absurdity of life is being portrayed. In the photography these scenes literally sink into the carpet, visually they become one, symbolizing the ultimate integration of the daily life and the carpet.
